I am a licensed professional therapist in the state of Oregon. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College.
I have practiced in community mental health for over 15 years serving a wide range of individuals. I am a person-centered therapist who believes in the importance of integrating both your mental and physical health.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions Psychodynamic (insight oriented) Mindfulness (Body-mind connection) and Cognitive Behavioral (skills Development) approaches.
